Patients commonly experience clinical symptoms such as itching, scaling, skin fissures, pain, exudate, redness, and swelling, and diagnosis should be confirmed through blood tests, urinalysis, and smear examination of secretions. However, the treatment efficacy is generally limited in cases caused by certain fungal infections or insensitive bacteria.
