割了包茎不会变小。而是使阴茎变大，因为Surgery前龟头完全包裹在包皮里，不能暴露，阴茎往往变得太短。因为Surgery后长包皮切除，阴茎完全暴露，阴茎会显得很大。如果Patient成年后，仍然存在包茎需要在正规医院泌尿外科或者男科进行包皮环切Surgery，有助于Prevention包皮龟头炎，也有助于Prevention阴茎癌。
