Fordyce spots of the penis are mostly benign lesions. If there are no obvious clinical symptoms, treatment is generally not required. When necessary, topical tretinoin cream may be applied under a doctor's guidance, combined with treatments such as cryotherapy or laser therapy. In more severe cases, minimally invasive surgery can be performed to directly remove the affected tissue.
