I've discovered a new product called tampons. After watching a tutorial, I learned that they need to be inserted, and I'm a bit worried—can a tampon enter the uterus?

Tampons cannot enter the uterus. The cervix in females is tightly closed, and a tampon cannot enter the uterus without external force. If a tampon were present in the vagina or uterus, the patient would experience symptoms such as pain and foul odor. A tampon inside the vagina absorbs menstrual blood and swells as a result. Under normal circumstances, it does not enter the uterus, and furthermore, the cervical opening is too narrow for a tampon to pass through.
