Hyperechoic lesions in the liver may be caused by hepatic hemangioma, as well as other factors such as intrahepatic calcification foci and intrahepatic bile duct stones. Hyperechoic findings in the liver are typically observed during a color Doppler ultrasound examination. Patients should undergo further evaluation to determine the underlying cause, such as contrast-enhanced CT or MRI.
