Hemangiomas can be removed through medications, laser therapy, or surgery. Superficial skin hemangiomas can be treated with medications such as propranolol hydrochloride and prednisone acetate under medical guidance, which help gradually constrict the capillaries and thereby alleviate symptoms of the hemangioma. Additionally, laser surgery may be used to remove localized pigmented tissue, effectively eliminating the hemangioma. For larger hemangiomas, surgical excision may be performed to completely remove the lesion.
