It is considered unsafe and not recommended for adolescents under 18, as their facial development is not yet fully mature. Typically, the nasal structure in individuals under 18 is still unstable, which may pose safety risks during hyaluronic acid injection. Therefore, it is advisable to wait until full physical maturity before undergoing hyaluronic acid injections.
