Why do I always feel dizzy and have headaches?
Recently, I have been feeling unwell constantly, experiencing dizziness and headaches. May I ask what could be causing these persistent dizziness and headaches?
Headache and dizziness are common symptoms that may be caused by various factors:
1. Physiological factors:
Inadequate rest: Long-term late nights or poor sleep quality can lead to mental fatigue and unclear thinking, which may cause symptoms of dizziness and headache.
Mental stress: Excessive psychological pressure or emotional tension can also lead to headache and dizziness.
2. Pathological factors:
Cold: Fever during a cold may cause headache and dizziness, accompanied by abnormal vascular function.
Hypertension: Long-term mental stress, excitement, excessive alcohol consumption, or high life stress may cause hypertension, resulting in a feeling of heaviness and distending pain in the head.
Anemia: Blood disorders such as iron-deficiency anemia may lead to insufficient blood volume, failing to meet the oxygen demand of intracranial tissues, thus causing headache and dizziness.
Brain diseases: Cerebral diseases such as cerebral ischemia, stroke, and cerebral arteriosclerosis may also cause symptoms of headache and dizziness.
In daily life, maintaining good lifestyle habits, such as regular sleep patterns, healthy diet, moderate exercise, and regular eye breaks, can also help prevent the occurrence of headaches and dizziness.
