How to deal with pimples inside the nose
Recently, I felt a pimple inside my nose, which is extremely painful. I want to know what to do about a pimple growing inside the nose.

To manage this condition, you can start from the following aspects:
1. Keep clean: Gently wash the outside of the nostrils with warm water and a mild cleanser. Avoid using products that are irritating. Never squeeze the pimple with your fingers, as this may cause the infection to spread.
2. Avoid irritation: Minimize physical irritation inside the nasal cavity, such as frequent nose picking or using a nose hair trimmer that is too stiff, as these actions may worsen symptoms.
3. Moisturize: Nasal dryness may aggravate symptoms; you can use normal saline nasal spray appropriately to keep the nasal passages moist.
4. Medication: If the pimple is accompanied by symptoms such as redness and pain, you may consider applying topical antibiotic ointments, such as erythromycin ointment. However, please use them under a doctor's guidance to avoid misuse of antibiotics.
5. Lifestyle adjustments: Ensure adequate sleep and avoid staying up late or overexertion; maintain a light diet and avoid excessive intake of oily and spicy foods; practice good personal hygiene and avoid bad habits such as frequent nose picking.
If the pimple persists or symptoms worsen, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly.
