If eyebrow tattooing results in overly dark pigment, the following methods may be attempted: wiping with a pigment-fading solution, covering with a nude-toned pigment, performing “dry needling” (needling without pigment) to remove excess pigment, gently applying white vinegar to lighten the color, or using skin-lightening products. Prior to eyebrow tattooing, it is essential to select an appropriate pigment based on one’s natural eyebrow color and brow shape.
Eyebrow tattooing should be performed only at reputable hospitals or certified cosmetic clinics. After the procedure, proper local aftercare must be observed.
