Hello, the bladder is an organ in the human body responsible for urine storage and voiding. In males, it is located in the anterior portion of the lesser pelvis, with the pubic bone situated anteriorly and the ampulla of the vas deferens and seminal vesicles lying posteriorly. Typically, the sensation of needing to urinate arises when the bladder contains more than 300 mL of urine. It is advisable not to delay urination, as doing so may lead to bladder sphincter relaxation, resulting in urinary leakage or incontinence, and increases the risk of urinary tract infections and other adverse effects. We hope this information is helpful to you. Wishing you a happy and healthy life!
