Hello, The pain you’re experiencing may be due to excessive irritation of the chest caused by smoking. We recommend avoiding smoking as much as possible, since it is harmful to your health. Additionally, if the pain is severe, you should visit a hospital for a chest X-ray. In the meantime, you may take appropriate over-the-counter pain relievers or try gentle massage to alleviate discomfort. We hope this information is helpful. Wishing you good health and happiness!
