Foods made from soybeans (e.g., tofu, soy milk, bean curd) commonly cause gastric bloating. Given your pre-existing gastritis, you may also experience acid reflux. It is recommended that you avoid or significantly limit consumption of soybeans and soy-based products. For treatment, you may take omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and domperidone. Additionally, pay close attention to dietary regulation: avoid spicy, stimulating, raw, or cold foods; refrain from overeating or fasting excessively; and abstain from alcohol entirely. Instead, opt for warm, soft, and easily digestible foods. Wishing you good health!
