It is unsafe to drink alcohol at noon after taking cefalexin (a cephalosporin antibiotic) in the morning, as doing so may trigger a disulfiram-like reaction—potentially leading to life-threatening complications. This risk must be taken seriously; never be careless. Additionally, drink plenty of warm water to help alleviate any adverse effects. Maintain a light, bland diet and avoid spicy or irritating foods. Ensure adequate rest as well.
