Disease description:

Today, I passed by a pharmacy and saw a blood pressure monitor, so I checked my blood pressure. It read 110/70 mmHg. Is 110/70 considered low blood pressure?

Given that the patient’s current blood pressure falls within the normal range—systolic pressure between 90–140 mmHg and diastolic pressure between 60–90 mmHg—and no symptoms of hypotension or hypertension are present, there is no cause for concern regarding blood pressure. To maintain stable blood pressure, regular physical exercise and a light, low-sodium diet are recommended.
