Will women gain weight if they eat more grapes?

I bought a lot of grapes and have been eating about one to two jin (500–1,000 g) daily. However, I’m especially worried about gaining weight. Will women gain weight if they eat too many grapes?
Grapes contain a relatively high amount of sugar; consuming large quantities daily may easily lead to weight gain. In daily life, avoid excessive intake of high-sugar foods and control overall caloric intake. Instead, increase consumption of fresh vegetables—these are low in both calories and sugar, thus unlikely to cause weight gain, and they also help enhance satiety. Maintain a light, mild diet and drink plenty of warm water to support metabolic function. Avoid exposure to cold.
