Introduction
Under normal circumstances, nerve fibers are not neurons; rather, nerve fibers are part of a neuron, and the relationship between nerve fibers and neurons is that of a component to the whole. A neuron consists of cell body and processes. The cell body, composed of cytoplasm, cell membrane, nucleus, etc., forms the main part of the neuron. The processes include dendrites and axons, with nerve fibers constituting the process portion of the neuron.

Generally speaking, nerve fibers are not neurons; rather, nerve fibers are part of neurons. Thus, the relationship between nerve fibers and neurons is one of component to whole.

Neurons consist of cell bodies and processes, and are also known as nerve cells. The cell body, composed of cytoplasm, cell membrane, nucleus, and other structures, forms the main part of the neuron. The processes include dendrites and axons. Nerve fibers, which constitute the processes of neurons, consist of these projections and the myelin sheath surrounding them. Therefore, nerve fibers are part of neurons. Both nerve fibers and neurons are essential components of the central nervous system. Neurons have functions such as receiving, integrating, and transmitting information, and through communication with each other, enable the brain's analytical capabilities. Nerve fibers are responsible for conduction and stimulation functions.

It is recommended to consume more vegetables and fruits in daily diet, avoid overeating, ensure adequate sleep, engage in regular physical activity, and strengthen overall health. Additionally, it is important to manage emotions effectively and avoid anxiety and stress, thereby significantly reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and protecting neurons.
