喷鼻炎药的正确姿势
Nasal sprays for rhinitis can reduce inflammation of the nasal mucosa, relieve mucosal swelling, and improve symptoms such as nasal congestion. Proper technique is essential for the medication to be effective. Here is the correct way to use a nasal spray:
1. Before use, check that the spray mechanism is working properly and confirm that the device is in normal condition.

2. Blow your nose to clear out mucus, and optionally clean the nasal cavity with physiological saline or seawater solution.
3. Gently shake the bottle to ensure the medication is well mixed, then remove the cap.
4. Keep your head in a natural, upright position. Insert the nozzle of the nasal spray into the left nostril, directing it approximately 1 cm into the nasal passage. Keep the bottle nearly vertical without excessive tilting. Since the nasal septum lies on the inner side of the nasal cavity, avoid pointing the nozzle toward the center (nasal septum) to prevent irritation.
5. Breathe normally while pressing the bottle with your finger to release one spray dose.
6. Wait a few seconds, then insert the nozzle into the right nostril and press the bottle again to deliver one spray dose.
7. Wipe the nozzle dry with a tissue and replace the cap.
