The entire process of thread lifting
Thread lifting primarily involves implanting special cosmetic threads into the subcutaneous tissue to lift and tighten sagging skin and the underlying fascia layer. The entire thread lifting procedure is as follows:
1. Apply topical anesthetic cream before surgery; duration depends on the patient's sensitivity to pain.

2. Use a marking pen to identify areas of sagging skin and determine thread insertion points, such as the forehead, cheekbones, and jawline.
3. Generally, the needle is inserted superficially into the fascia below the cheekbone and in front of the ear. The protein thread is attached to the needle and guided through the skin. The thread is then tightened to lift the facial tissues, and any excess thread is cut off.
4. Clean any blood from the face and dress the incision sites.
Precautions: Within 24 hours after the procedure, cold compresses may be applied to soothe the face and reduce swelling. During recovery, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and do not massage the treated areas manually.
Medications should be used only under the guidance of a qualified physician, and the procedure should be performed at a reputable medical facility.
