This may affect the time it takes to fall asleep and reduce sleep quality, thereby impairing energy recovery for the following day.

Additionally, exercise induces sweating; if sweat is not washed off before sleeping, it may irritate the skin surface and cause issues such as clogged pores.

It is not advisable to engage in intense exercise right before bedtime. Always warm up properly before exercising. If you sweat during exercise, wait about half an hour afterward before showering, and ensure your body stays warm.
