Introduction
If a patient's anterior pelvic tilt is not severe and they actively cooperate with medical treatment through posture correction, functional exercises, and similar methods, the condition can generally be restored without affecting overall health. However, if the anterior pelvic tilt is more severe or not corrected and treated in time, recovery may be more difficult; surgical intervention can be used for correction, which generally does not affect daily life.

Pelvic anteversion can usually be restored if the condition is not severe and actively treated. However, recovery may be more difficult if the patient's condition is serious or if treatment is delayed. The specific analysis is as follows:

Pelvic anteversion is a pathological condition characterized by misalignment of the pelvis. It may be caused by factors such as obesity, congenital predisposition, prolonged poor posture, lumbar spinal stenosis, etc. Without timely treatment, symptoms such as constipation, dysmenorrhea, neck and shoulder stiffness, and lower back pain may develop. Generally, if the pelvic anteversion is mild and the patient actively cooperates with medical treatment—such as posture correction and functional exercises—full recovery is likely, with no significant impact on overall health. However, in cases of severe pelvic anteversion or when timely correction is not performed, recovery may be more challenging. Surgical intervention can be considered for correction, which typically allows patients to maintain normal daily activities.

Patients should wear loose, comfortable shoes, engage in moderate exercise, avoid strenuous physical activity, and follow standardized corrective treatment under a doctor’s guidance.
