Introduction
Excessive exercise may lead to physical exhaustion in patients, causing weakness in the limbs. It may affect the nervous system or cardiovascular system, resulting in symptoms such as headache and palpitations during or after physical activity. If certain rotational movements are performed during overexertion, dizziness or vertigo may occur, usually due to insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain.
