Constantly experiencing tinnitus
In modern times, many people frequently stay up late and engage in night-time activities, leading to an increasing incidence of tinnitus. So, what if you're experiencing constant ringing in the ears?
Constant Tinnitus
Persistent tinnitus may be due to long-term work or living in environments with severe noise pollution. Continuous exposure to loud noises can irritate the ears and lead to frequent tinnitus. Additionally, kidney deficiency can also cause tinnitus—excessive sexual activity and staying up late are major factors that damage the kidneys, so when kidney function is impaired, tinnitus often follows quickly. Furthermore, ear diseases such as external otitis (outer ear infection) or otitis media (middle ear infection) may also trigger tinnitus. In these cases, tinnitus usually improves gradually as the underlying ear condition gets better.

When tinnitus symptoms occur, you can immediately hold your breath and rapidly rub your palms together about 30 times. While the palms are still warm, place them over both ears. Repeat this process several times daily for a few consecutive days, which can effectively help suppress tinnitus symptoms. Please note, this method helps calm the mind and promote relaxation. Another technique involves breath-holding therapy: after calming your emotions, take a deep breath, close your mouth, pinch your nostrils with two fingers, and gently push air toward your ears until you hear a bubbling or popping sound. Performing this exercise several times a day may help alleviate tinnitus.

Avoid frequently visiting noisy entertainment venues, railways, factories, or other high-noise areas, as such environments can damage the inner ear nerves and lead to tinnitus. Pay attention to your daily diet as well—diet is one of the important factors contributing to tinnitus. Eat light foods, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and consume more fish, pork liver, chicken liver, eggs, and various seafood products. Avoid overworking and keep emotionally balanced—don't become overly stressed or agitated. We hope this information is helpful to you. Wishing you good health and a happy life!
