Introduction
Fat granules around the eyes may result from long-term consumption of spicy, stimulating, and greasy foods, leading to excessive sebum production by the skin. They can also form when oily eye creams or facial moisturizers are applied around the eyes but cannot be fully absorbed, causing excess oil to accumulate. Additionally, individuals with naturally oily skin may develop fat granules if inadequate facial cleansing leads to clogged pores over time.
Fat granules appearing at the corner of the eye may be caused by improper diet, incorrect use of skincare products, or inadequate skin cleansing.
1. Improper Diet
Regular consumption of spicy, stimulating, and greasy foods can lead to excessive sebum production. When too much sebum is produced and cannot be properly expelled, fat granules may form.
2. Incorrect Use of Skincare Products
The skin around the eyes is relatively thin. If overly oily eye creams or facial moisturizers are used, the delicate eye area may not absorb them effectively, leading to accumulation of excess oil and formation of fat granules.
3. Inadequate Skin Cleansing
Individuals with naturally oily skin who consistently fail to clean their skin thoroughly may develop clogged pores, which can result in fat granules.
