Introduction
Psychiatric disability evaluation is divided into four levels. Generally, level four represents a mild condition, primarily referring to individuals who have slightly poorer self-care abilities, empathy, and learning capabilities compared to the general population. If a patient's condition is mild, psychotherapy alone may lead to recovery; however, if the condition is more severe, medication treatment is required.

Psychiatric disability evaluation is divided into four levels. Generally, level four represents a mild condition, primarily referring to individuals who have slightly poorer self-care abilities, empathy, and learning capabilities compared to the general population.

The main characteristics of level-four psychiatric disability include reduced self-care ability and weaker capacity to understand others' emotions. Individuals can engage in regular work, although their ability to learn new things is somewhat lower than average. They may occasionally need environmental support but generally do not require daily care from others. Treatment options for psychiatric disorders include psychotherapy and medication. If a patient's condition is mild, psychotherapy alone may lead to recovery. However, if the condition is severe and psychotherapy proves ineffective, medication treatment becomes necessary.

Patients should actively participate in social activities, maintain a positive mood, cooperate closely with treatment, ensure adequate rest, maintain a regular sleep schedule, avoid staying up late, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, reduce intake of fried foods, avoid smoking and alcohol, and refrain from consuming coffee, strong tea, and similar beverages. Regular moderate exercise is recommended to enhance physical immunity and improve emotional well-being. Patients should also schedule regular consultations with mental health professionals.
