Introduction
It is generally healthier for fatty liver patients to consume appropriate amounts of soybean oil, peanut oil, and corn oil. Sunflower oil helps lower serum cholesterol and assists in the prevention and management of fatty liver. Peanut oil is easily absorbed and promotes the breakdown of cholesterol in the liver into bile acids for excretion, which helps improve fatty liver. Corn oil can help delay aging, reduce cholesterol levels, and enhance vascular system function, all of which are beneficial in alleviating fatty liver.

Fatty liver does not have a specific type of oil that is considered the healthiest to consume, but in general, moderate intake of soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, and similar oils is relatively healthy.

1. Soybean oil

Soybean oil usually contains abundant unsaturated fatty acids, linoleic acid, as well as vitamin E, stearic acid, and other components. Consuming it moderately can help lower serum cholesterol levels, which is beneficial for supporting the prevention and control of fatty liver progression.

2. Peanut oil

Peanut oil typically contains a high amount of unsaturated fatty acids, along with arachidic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, and other substances. It is relatively easy for the body to absorb and also helps promote the conversion of cholesterol in the liver into bile acids and their subsequent excretion from the body, thereby aiding in the improvement of fatty liver.

3. Corn oil

Corn oil generally has a high absorption rate and contains abundant linoleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids. It not only helps delay aging but also lowers blood cholesterol levels and enhances vascular system function, which is beneficial for alleviating fatty liver.

In addition, peanut oil is also a good choice for individuals with fatty liver, but excessive consumption should be avoided to prevent increasing the liver's burden and causing adverse effects.
