Introduction
Duodenal bulb inflammation may be difficult to cure due to long-term improper diet, which repeatedly irritates the intestine. It could also result from an unclear underlying cause or failure to follow the prescribed treatment regimen, leading to prolonged illness. Additionally, repeated infection due to Helicobacter pylori in close contacts may contribute to persistent intestinal inflammation that fails to resolve over time.

Duodenal bulb inflammation may be difficult to cure due to long-term improper diet, irregular treatment, or recurrent Helicobacter pylori infection.

1. Long-term improper diet

This may result from consistently consuming raw, cold, or irritating foods, or frequently ingesting neurostimulating substances such as coffee and strong tea, leading to repeated irritation of the intestine.

2. Irregular treatment

This may occur if the exact cause is not clearly identified, or if continuous treatment is not strictly followed as prescribed by a doctor, resulting in prolonged illness.

3. Recurrent Helicobacter pylori infection

This may happen due to poor dietary hygiene, or close contact with individuals infected with Helicobacter pylori without using separate utensils, causing repeated infections and persistent intestinal inflammation.

In addition, heart failure could also be a contributing factor. It is recommended to receive treatment under medical guidance to improve the chances of recovery.
