Introduction
Patient取仰卧位，麻醉师给予局麻，对Patient会阴部进行常规消毒以及铺巾，SurgeryDoctor将Patient的阴茎包皮稍向阴茎根部推拉，暴露阴茎系带，在冠状沟水平处将阴茎系带横向切断。用小剪刀在阴茎系带皮下做适当分离，缝扎出血点，彻底止血后将横形切开的切口呈纵向缝合。
Frenulum surgery refers to the surgical procedure on the penile frenulum, primarily involving a transverse incision at the base of the frenulum followed by longitudinal suturing to achieve the surgical goal. The procedure should be performed at a正规 hospital. The specific steps are as follows:
1. The patient is placed in a supine position. The anesthesiologist administers local anesthesia, and the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping of the perineal area.
2. After the anesthesia takes effect, the surgeon gently retracts the foreskin toward the base of the penis to expose the frenulum, then makes a transverse cut across the frenulum at the level of the coronal sulcus.
3. Using small scissors, appropriate dissection is performed beneath the frenular skin. Bleeding points are ligated, hemostasis is ensured, and the transversely opened wound is then sutured longitudinally.
After surgery, patients should avoid strenuous activities or heavy physical labor in the short term. Sexual intercourse should be prohibited for one month after suture removal.
