Introduction
The surgeon uses two hemostatic clamps to grasp the mid-portion of the dorsal edge and separates adhesions with a grooved probe. A marking line is made on the outer foreskin 0.5 cm distal to the coronal sulcus using a scalpel tip. The distal foreskin is then elevated and cut downward with surgical scissors to the level of the coronal sulcus, proceeding circumferentially from the dorsal incision toward the ventral frenulum. Hemostasis is achieved by electrocoagulation of bleeding points.

Electrosurgical circumcision generally refers to the traditional circumcision procedure, which involves the removal of an appropriate amount of foreskin to fully expose the glans penis. The surgery should be performed at a正规 hospital. The surgical procedure is as follows:

1. The patient lies in a supine position. After anesthesia is administered by an anesthesiologist and takes effect, disinfection is performed, and sterile surgical drapes are placed on the patient's body.

2. The surgeon uses two hemostatic forceps to clamp the mid-portion of the dorsal foreskin edge, then uses a grooved probe to separate any adhesions until the glans and foreskin are completely separated.

3. The foreskin sac and glans are cleaned with sterile saline solution. A hemostatic forceps is used to grasp the frenulum area of the foreskin to lift it up.

4. Using the tip of an electrosurgical knife, a marking line is made on the external foreskin plate 0.5 cm distal to the coronal sulcus. The distal end of the foreskin is lifted, then cut downward with surgical scissors to the level of the coronal sulcus. Next, a circular incision is made from the dorsal opening toward the ventral frenulum side, removing the foreskin circumferentially.

5. Electrocoagulation is applied to bleeding points at the circumcision site to achieve hemostasis.

After surgery, proper wound care is essential to prevent infection. Oral antibiotics should be taken as prescribed by the doctor.
