Prostatitis Red Light Therapy Device Usage Instructions
Prostatitis red light therapy devices are primarily used to alleviate clinical discomfort associated with prostatitis and should be operated under the guidance of a qualified physician. The specific operating procedures are as follows:
1. The physician opens the instrument case. Ensure the power switch located on the right side of the main unit inside the case is in the "off" position, then plug the power cord into an AC 220V power outlet to connect the power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch; the power indicator light on the main unit's panel will illuminate. Press the time adjustment button on the main unit to select the preset treatment duration.
3. Position the patient in a supine posture with knees flexed. The physician places the larger irradiation probe against the exposed lower abdomen, then presses the "Start Treatment" button on the main unit to begin therapy.
4. Upon completion of treatment, the device will automatically sound an alarm and shut off the output light source. The physician should then unplug the power cord and store the irradiation probe back inside the instrument case.
Note: The prostatitis red light therapy device is contraindicated for individuals with tuberculosis, tumors in the treatment area, severe hypertension, cardiac insufficiency, bleeding tendencies, high fever, photosensitivity to red light, or those with implanted cardiac pacemakers.
