Introduction
The patient is placed in a supine position. The surgeon makes an incision above the umbilicus and inserts laparoscopic instruments to explore the abdominal cavity and locate the unsealed hernia sac. Two additional trocar ports are created below the incision. Under laparoscopic visualization, the adherent hernia sac is dissected and separated. After complete dissection of the hernia sac, a mesh is placed at the defect site. The incision is then sutured and covered with sterile dressing.

Oblique hernia, also known as inguinal oblique hernia, is the most common type of inguinal hernia. It is generally treated with minimally invasive surgery. The procedure must be performed at a正规 hospital. The specific surgical steps are as follows:

1. After the patient enters the operating room, they lie flat on the operating table. The anesthesiologist administers general anesthesia, while the surgeon performs routine disinfection and draping of the patient's abdomen.

2. Once the anesthesia takes effect, the surgeon makes a 5mm incision above the patient's navel and inserts laparoscopic instruments to explore the abdominal cavity and locate the unsealed hernia sac.

3. Two additional ports are created below the initial incision, and trocars are inserted. Under visualization with the laparoscope, the surgeon dissects and separates any adhesions around the hernia sac, then removes the sac. After removal, a mesh patch is placed at the defect site.

4. Finally, the area is inspected using the laparoscope. Once no obvious abnormalities are found, the instruments, camera, and trocars are removed. The incisions are sutured and covered with sterile dressings.

After surgery, patients may experience pain or tightness at the wound site. If pain worsens, appropriate analgesic medication may be used under the guidance of a physician.
