静脉凹陷是怎么回事
Vein indentation usually refers to the depression of venous blood vessels. Venous depression may be caused by physiological factors or pathological conditions such as anemia or vasculitis.
I. Physiological Causes
Because venous walls lack elasticity, changes in body position may lead to insufficient arterial perfusion pressure, resulting in vein indentation. However, this is a normal physiological response and can be improved by placing the affected limb in a dependent (lower) position. Therefore, treatment is generally not required.
II. Pathological Causes
1. Anemia
When anemia results from picky eating, dietary imbalances, or trauma, it may also lead to reduced blood volume within the vessels. Under medical guidance, treatment may include iron supplements such as ferrous sulfate tablets, ferrous succinate tablets, or iron dextran to correct the deficiency.
2. Vasculitis
When blood vessels are repeatedly inflamed, leading to arteriosclerosis, insufficient blood supply may occur and cause vein indentation. It is recommended to follow a physician's advice and use medications such as nifedipine controlled-release tablets, rivaroxaban tablets, or cilostazol tablets for treatment.
In addition, conditions such as vascular inflammation may also cause vein indentation. Prompt medical consultation is necessary to receive targeted treatment under a doctor’s supervision.
