Causes of mild lower abdominal pain and yellow urine in women
Hidden pain in the lower abdomen and yellow urine in women may be caused by urethritis, urinary stones, or cystitis.
1. Urethritis
Hidden lower abdominal pain and yellow urine in women might result from urethral infections caused by pathogens, such as Mycoplasma infection. This condition often leads to symptoms like redness and swelling of the urethral opening and painful urination. Some patients may also experience yellow urine and lower abdominal pain. It is advisable to visit a hospital for examination. If necessary, medications such as ciprofloxacin tablets or cefixime tablets can be taken under a doctor's guidance.
2. Urinary Stones
Patients with urinary stones, such as urethral stones, typically experience lower abdominal pain and painful urination. In severe cases, prompt medical evaluation is essential. When necessary, treatment methods such as extracorporeal lithotripsy can be used to improve the condition.
3. Cystitis
Cystitis causes symptoms including frequent and painful urination. If the condition is severe and not treated promptly, it may lead to lower abdominal pain and yellow urine. Under medical supervision, drugs such as ofloxacin tablets or cefuroxime axetil tablets may be used for treatment.
In addition, insufficient water intake or internal heat ("fire") in traditional Chinese medicine terms can also cause yellow urine. During treatment, patients should maintain good personal hygiene and increase fluid intake.
