Introduction
Abdominal distension refers to bloating. Tightness in the anus, lack of urge to defecate, and abdominal distension may be related to gas accumulation in the intestines, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, intestinal obstruction, or other causes, and can be treated through lifestyle adjustments or medication. Accumulation of gas in the intestines can lead to anal tightness, absence of defecation urge, and bloating. This may be associated with eating too quickly, inadequate chewing, and similar factors.

Abdominal distension refers to a feeling of bloating. In general, tightness in the anus, lack of urge to defecate, and abdominal distension may be related to factors such as intestinal gas accumulation, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), indigestion, or intestinal obstruction. These conditions can be managed through lifestyle adjustments or medication. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Intestinal Gas Accumulation

Accumulation of gas in the intestines can lead to anal tightness, absence of bowel urge, and abdominal bloating. This may be caused by eating too quickly, inadequate chewing, excessive food intake, or consuming incompatible foods. It is recommended to adjust dietary habits, chew food thoroughly, and eat slowly.

2. Constipation

Constipation is one of the common causes of anal tightness, lack of defecation urge, and abdominal distension. It may result from an unbalanced diet, insufficient fluid intake, lack of physical activity, stress, or side effects of certain medications. Patients are advised to drink more water to promote intestinal motility. Medications such as Bifidobacterium live powder or Xingpi Yang'er Granules may also be used under medical guidance.

3. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

When cold air enters the body through the abdomen, it may trigger irritable bowel syndrome, leading to symptoms such as bloating and lack of bowel urge. Additional symptoms may include audible bowel sounds (borborygmi). Patients should follow medical advice for treatment with medications such as mebeverine hydrochloride tablets or alverine citrate capsules.

4. Indigestion

Consuming overly spicy or hard-to-digest foods may cause indigestion, resulting in abdominal bloating. Treatment may include medications such as Simo Decoction Oral Liquid or domperidone tablets, used according to medical instructions.

5. Intestinal Obstruction

Intestinal obstruction occurs when a blockage in the intestine prevents the passage of intestinal contents. This condition may cause anal tightness, lack of bowel urge, and abdominal distension, along with severe abdominal pain, vomiting, and indigestion. Severe cases may require surgical intervention.

If symptoms persist or worsen, it is recommended to consult a doctor for evaluation and diagnosis.
