Introduction
Bronchial asthma usually cannot resolve on its own and requires treatments such as general management, medication, and immunotherapy. Patients should learn to manage their condition effectively, take protective measures when going out—such as wearing masks—to avoid exposure to allergens. Avoid eating spicy, stimulating, or greasy foods, as these may worsen the condition. Appropriate exercise and physical activity are recommended to enhance the body's resistance and immune function.

Bronchial asthma generally cannot heal on its own and can be managed through general management, medication, immunotherapy, and other approaches.

1. General Management

Asthma patients should learn to manage their condition effectively. When going out, they should take protective measures such as wearing masks to avoid exposure to allergens. They should avoid spicy, stimulating, and greasy foods, which may worsen the condition. Appropriate exercise and physical activity are recommended to enhance physical resistance and immunity. Eating more fresh vegetables and fruits can also aid in recovery.

2. Medication

Both reliever and controller medications can be used. For chronic bronchial asthma, reliever medications such as aminophylline sustained-release tablets or dexamethasone tablets may be taken as directed by a physician to achieve anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, and airway-relaxing effects. During acute episodes, controller medications such as methylprednisolone or montelukast sodium may be prescribed to relieve bronchospasm, correct hypoxemia, restore lung function, and prevent complications.

3. Immunotherapy

This includes non-specific immunotherapy and specific immunotherapy. Non-specific immunotherapy aims to boost overall immunity, while specific immunotherapy refers to anti-allergy treatment.

In addition to the above methods, procedures such as pulmonary nerve resection may also be considered. The specific treatment plan should be determined based on the severity of the individual's condition and under medical guidance.
