Introduction
Long-term熬夜 (staying up late) or self-administering hormonal medications can lead to endocrine disorders, intensifying bodily stimulation and causing vaginal bleeding. After using medication to terminate pregnancy, abdominal massage may expel residual tissue from the body, resulting in bleeding symptoms. Bacterial infection in the endometrial area can cause endometritis; massaging the abdomen afterward may further irritate the endometrium and potentially lead to bleeding.

Abdominal massage may lead to vaginal bleeding, which could be caused by endocrine disorders, retained embryonic tissue, or endometritis. Specific explanations are as follows:

1. Endocrine Disorders

Long-term sleep deprivation or self-administration of hormonal medications may disrupt endocrine balance. During massage, increased physical stimulation may trigger vaginal bleeding. Massage should be stopped immediately to prevent worsening of the condition.

2. Retained Embryonic Tissue

After medical termination of pregnancy, embryonic remnants may remain in the uterus. Abdominal massage might dislodge these tissues, resulting in bleeding. Prompt treatment with a dilation and curettage (D&C) procedure is necessary.

3. Endometritis

Bacterial infection of the endometrium can cause endometritis. Massaging the abdomen may further irritate the inflamed lining, leading to bleeding and possibly severe abdominal pain. Treatment typically includes antibiotics such as tetracycline tablets, azithromycin tablets, or erythromycin tablets, used according to medical advice.

In addition to the common causes listed above, uterine fibroids or other conditions may also be responsible. It is important to seek timely evaluation and treatment at a hospital's obstetrics and gynecology department.
