Normal examination but still not getting pregnant
Normal test results but persistent failure to conceive may be caused by malnutrition, missing the ovulation period, excessive mental stress, etc., and targeted treatment is required.
1. Malnutrition
Eating too little or consuming food with low nutritional value may lead to malnutrition, resulting in decreased immune function of bodily organs and consequently causing infertility despite normal examination results. This can be improved by adjusting dietary patterns and ensuring balanced nutrient intake.
2. Missing the Ovulation Period
Ovulation typically occurs about 14 days before menstruation. If sexual intercourse takes place outside this window, fertilization is unlikely to occur, leading to the aforementioned issue. Therefore, calculating the ovulation period based on individual circumstances can help increase the chances of conception.
3. Excessive Mental Stress
Prolonged high levels of psychological stress may cause abnormal estrogen secretion, leading to hormonal imbalances that affect ovulation and result in infertility. This condition can be alleviated through psychological counseling and talking with family or friends.
In addition, even with normal test results, persistent inability to conceive may also be due to excessively frequent sexual activity. It is recommended to maintain a positive mindset during preconception preparation and avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
