Introduction
Thickening of the mammary gland with uneven echogenicity suggests possible breast hyperplasia. This finding, primarily described in imaging examinations, indicates that a patient may have breast hyperplasia. Breast hyperplasia is usually caused by endocrine disorders, which are often related to factors such as emotional tension and high levels of mental stress.

Breast gland thickening with uneven echogenicity may indicate the presence of mammary gland hyperplasia.

The description of thickened breast tissue with heterogeneous echogenicity primarily comes from imaging examinations, and this finding often suggests possible mammary gland hyperplasia. Mammary gland hyperplasia is usually caused by endocrine disorders, which are in turn associated with factors such as emotional stress and high mental pressure. When endocrine imbalance occurs, the secretion ratio of estrogen and progesterone may become disrupted. Excessive estrogen secretion may lead to breast hyperplasia. Due to individual differences in hormonal sensitivity of breast tissue, varying degrees of hyperplasia can occur, resulting in the observed imaging findings of thickened breast glands and uneven echogenicity. In such cases, medical treatment is recommended. Medications such as tamoxifen citrate tablets, clomiphene citrate capsules, and danazol capsules may be prescribed under a doctor's guidance.

Patients should maintain a positive mindset in daily life and avoid irritability or mood swings. It is important to avoid overexertion and staying up late, ensuring a proper balance between work and rest. In terms of diet, spicy and irritating foods should be avoided.
