Introduction
Endocrine evaluation is performed through physical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging studies. Blood pressure is measured, and physical palpation is conducted on the thyroid in the neck and breast tissue. Based on initial diagnostic findings, blood samples are collected to test for thyroid hormones, growth hormone, gonadal hormones, insulin, and others. These are supplemented with imaging examinations such as thyroid color Doppler ultrasound, static thyroid radionuclide scanning, adrenal CT scans, and pituitary MRI.

Endocrine evaluation can be conducted through physical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging studies.

1. Physical Examination

The doctor will measure blood pressure and perform palpation of areas such as the thyroid gland in the neck and breast tissue, based on the patient's specific condition, to make a preliminary assessment of potential diseases.

2. Laboratory Tests

Based on initial findings from the physical examination, blood samples are taken to test for hormones such as thyroid hormones, growth hormone, gonadal hormones, and insulin, to determine whether an endocrine imbalance exists.

3. Imaging Studies

Under the guidance of a specialist, imaging tests such as thyroid color Doppler ultrasound, static radionuclide scanning of the thyroid, adrenal CT scans, and pituitary MRI may be performed to confirm the diagnosis.

In addition, if a hereditary endocrine disorder is suspected, genetic testing and chromosome analysis may be required to evaluate the condition. It is recommended that patients undergo comprehensive evaluations under the supervision of a qualified physician to identify the exact cause and initiate appropriate treatment promptly.
