1. Medication factors
If women take anticoagulant drugs in daily life, such as enteric-coated aspirin capsules or clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets, they may experience hematuria due to individual sensitivity to these medications. In such cases, symptoms like nasal bleeding or retinal hemorrhage might also occur. It is recommended to discontinue the medication and promptly visit a hospital, switching to alternative medications under medical guidance.
2. Urinary Tract Infection
