Introduction
Cancer is a malignant tumor, and there is no method to manage the suffering of advanced cancer at home. The severe pain in late-stage cancer is mainly caused by tumor metastasis and damage to multiple systems and organs. Patients can usually go to the hospital to receive treatments such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or targeted therapy under a doctor's guidance to alleviate symptoms. With standardized treatment, symptoms can generally be improved.

Cancer is a malignant tumor, and there is no way to manage the suffering of advanced cancer at home. The severe pain in late-stage cancer is mainly caused by tumor metastasis leading to damage of multiple systems and organs. Patients should seek medical treatment in hospitals, where doctors can guide them through therapies such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and targeted therapy to alleviate symptoms. Specific treatment options are as follows:

1. Chemotherapy

In advanced cancer, tumors are usually widespread and may invade multiple systems and organs, causing significant distress to patients. Under medical supervision, chemotherapy can be used to shrink tumors to a certain extent. Commonly used drugs include cyclophosphamide for injection, fluorouracil injection, and vincristine sulfate for injection.

2. Radiotherapy

This treatment uses radiation to destroy or control primary or metastatic tumor sites, which can help reduce patient suffering to some degree.

3. Targeted Therapy

This approach involves using targeted drugs to interfere with the proliferation and spread of cancer cells, thereby alleviating the suffering caused by cancer. Commonly used targeted drugs include imatinib mesylate tablets, rituximab injection, and cetuximab injection.

In addition to the above treatments, immunotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine, and surgical treatment may also be considered. During treatment, patients should maintain an optimistic mindset, as a positive attitude greatly contributes to disease recovery.
