Introduction
At 11 weeks of pregnancy, the uterus has not yet risen out of the pelvic cavity and the fetus is very small, so pregnant women cannot feel fetal movements. The fetal condition can only be assessed through ultrasound examination. Some women who perceive abdominal movements may actually be feeling sensations caused by intestinal peristalsis or pulsation of the abdominal aorta, rather than actual fetal movements.

Feeling fetal movement at 11 weeks of pregnancy is not normal, as the fetus is still very small and distinct fetal movements have not yet developed. Generally, fetal movements are first felt around week 16 of pregnancy, and even in the earliest cases, they are not typically perceived before about week 13. The specific analysis is as follows:

At 11 weeks of pregnancy, the uterus has not yet risen out of the pelvic cavity, and the fetus is extremely small. Movements of the fetus within the uterine cavity cannot be felt by the pregnant woman at this stage; fetal condition can only be assessed through ultrasound examinations. Some women may perceive sensations of movement in the abdomen, but these are likely due to intestinal peristalsis or pulsations of the abdominal aorta rather than actual fetal movements. Most pregnant women begin to feel fetal movements around week 16, while a minority of multiparous women who are more sensitive or have thinner abdominal walls may detect slight movements as early as week 13. As gestational age increases, fetal movements become progressively stronger and more noticeable.

It is not possible to feel fetal movements at 11 weeks of pregnancy. Pregnant women are advised to attend regular prenatal check-ups, and should seek prompt medical attention if experiencing abdominal pain or other discomforts.
