Introduction
The pubis is part of the human pelvic skeleton, located at the front of the hip bone. It is one of the most anterior bones in the human skeletal system, shaped like an inverted triangular pyramid, with left and right bony segments joined together by the pubic symphysis. The pubis mainly consists of three parts: the body, the superior ramus, and the inferior ramus. It provides support for pelvic organs such as the bladder, rectum, and genital organs, helping to maintain them in their proper positions.

Under normal circumstances, the pubic bone is part of the human pelvic skeleton and is located at the front of the hip bones. Specifically:

The pubis is one of the most anterior bones in the human skeletal system, shaped like an inverted triangular pyramid, with left and right sides joined together by the pubic symphysis. The pubis consists mainly of three parts: the body, the superior ramus, and the inferior ramus. Its surface provides attachment points for numerous muscles, primarily the pelvic floor muscles and quadriceps femoris, which are crucial for maintaining pelvic stability and mobility. It supports pelvic organs such as the bladder, rectum, and genital organs, keeping them in their proper positions. During female childbirth, as the fetal head passes through the pelvis into the birth canal, the two sides of the pubic bones can move outward, thereby widening the birth canal and providing necessary space for the baby to pass through.

The pubic bone is important to the human body. If discomfort occurs, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly to avoid delaying treatment.
