Peeling skin between the toes without itching may be caused by sweaty feet, vitamin A deficiency, or hyperkeratotic eczema. Targeted treatments are required, with specific analysis as follows:

1. Sweaty Feet (Hyperhidrosis)

Sweaty feet may be related to genetics. Since the feet contain abundant sweat glands, increased sympathetic nerve activity can lead to excessive sweating. In severe cases, this causes excessive perspiration between the toes, leading to maceration of the stratum corneum and resulting in peeling skin between the toes without itching. In such cases, it is recommended to wear socks that are breathable and highly absorbent to keep the feet comfortable.

2. Vitamin A Deficiency

Poor eating habits such as picky eating may lead to vitamin A deficiency, which can cause dry, peeling skin and possibly accompanying itchiness, resulting in this condition. It is recommended to take supplements such as vitamin A tablets or oryzanol tablets under medical supervision.

3. Hyperkeratotic Eczema

Hyperkeratotic eczema may result from immune system dysfunction. This condition often presents with blisters on the feet, and in severe cases leads to peeling skin. Treatment may include topical medications such as salicylic acid ointment or erythromycin ointment, used under a doctor's guidance.

In addition to the above, conditions such as tinea pedis (athlete's foot), foot odor, and fungal infections can also cause this symptom. Prompt medical consultation at a hospital is advised.
