Introduction
In general, there are three types of circumcision procedures: traditional circumcision, conventional circumcision surgery, and disposable stapler-assisted circumcision. Taking the traditional circumcision as an example, the specific procedural steps are as follows:
1. The patient is placed in a supine position, and the base of the scrotum is disinfected and draped.
2. Local anesthesia is administered at the base of the scrotum, and the area to be excised is marked.

1. The patient lies in a supine position. The base of the scrotum is disinfected and draped.

3. The inner and outer layers of the foreskin are incised along the marked line, with a longitudinal incision made along the dorsal midline of the penis.
4. A toothed hemostat is used to separate and grasp the two corners of the foreskin, exposing the space between the skin and the dartos fascia.
5. An electrocautery device is used to dissect within this space, removing the circumferential strip of skin en bloc.
6. After excision, electrocautery is applied for spot hemostasis, and the inner and outer skin edges are sutured together.
7. The wound is dressed with gauze under pressure, followed by wrapping with an elastic bandage.
