Introduction
In general, there are three types of circumcision procedures: traditional circumcision, conventional circumcision surgery, and disposable stapler circumcision. Taking the disposable stapler circumcision as an example, the specific steps are as follows:
1. The patient is placed in a supine position, and the base of the scrotum is disinfected and draped.
2. Local anesthesia is administered at the base of the scrotum, and the area to be excised is marked.

1. The patient lies in a supine position. The base of the scrotum is disinfected and draped.
2. Local anesthesia is administered at the base of the scrotum, and the area to be removed is marked.
3. The foreskin is fixed using hemostatic forceps, and a bell-shaped glans protector is inserted into the foreskin.
4. The excess foreskin is secured onto the pull rod, the circular cutter is inserted and firmly fixed.
5. Remove the safety lock and simultaneously press the handles with both hands to excise the excess foreskin.
6. After the procedure, the wound is dressed with gauze and wrapped with an elastic bandage.
Patients should refrain from sexual activity for at least one month after surgery. If postoperative complications such as wound bleeding occur, seek prompt medical attention at a qualified hospital where a professional physician can provide appropriate care.
