Introduction
Allergic dermatitis is a type of allergic disease. When the body comes into contact with an allergen, it tends to produce an abnormal immune response, causing blood vessels to dilate and inflammatory cells to infiltrate the skin tissue, thereby triggering symptoms of dermatitis. These inflammatory mediators may damage the skin's surface barrier, making the skin more vulnerable and susceptible to external irritants.

Allergic dermatitis is sensitive to heat, and the specific analysis is as follows:

Allergic dermatitis is a type of allergic disease. When the body comes into contact with an allergen, it easily triggers an abnormal immune response, causing blood vessels to dilate and inflammatory cells to infiltrate the skin tissue, leading to symptoms of dermatitis. These inflammatory mediators may damage the skin's surface barrier, making the skin more vulnerable and prone to external irritation. If the patient is in a hot environment, sweat glands are easily stimulated, resulting in sweating. The sweat can then irritate the affected areas of dermatitis, causing discomfort. Additionally, after the skin barrier is compromised, exposure to strong sunlight should be avoided, as ultraviolet radiation may cause secondary irritation to already damaged skin, hindering recovery and potentially further impairing the skin barrier.

It is recommended that patients with allergic dermatitis take proper precautions to protect their skin in daily life, avoid scratching vigorously to prevent local skin breakdown, and stay away from allergens and substances that may trigger allergies.
