Introduction
Gallbladder adenomyosis, also known as adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder, is a non-inflammatory, benign condition characterized primarily by hyperplasia of the mucosal and muscular layers of the gallbladder. Generally, when gallbladder adenomyomatosis exceeds 2 cm in size, it may not be serious, but could also be more severe depending on the specific circumstances. If the lesion is larger than 2 cm but does not cause symptoms, further evaluation is still recommended.
胆囊腺肌症应该是指胆囊腺肌增生病，是一种以胆囊的黏膜和肌层增生为主的胆囊非炎性的良性病变。一般情况下，胆囊腺肌增生病超过2厘米可能不严重，也可能比较严重，要根据具体情况来判断。具体情况分析如下：
1、不严重
如果胆囊腺肌增生病超过2厘米，但没有引起Symptoms，一般不严重，可暂不进行特殊Treatment，平时注意清淡Diet，多喝水，适量Exercise即可。
2、严重
如果Patient出现了上腹部隐痛、恶心、呕吐、消化不良、腹泻等Symptoms，一般比较严重，RecommendationPatient按照医嘱使用甲溴阿托品片、头孢地尼片等Medicine进行Treatment，还可以通过微创Surgery切除胆囊来Treatment。
RecommendationPatient出现不适时及时就医，在Doctor的指导下规范Treatment，有助于身体恢复。
