Introduction
In general, monkeypox symptoms include fatigue, fever, rash, sore throat, and swollen lymph nodes. Medications such as ribavirin capsules, paracetamol granules, ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, famciclovir tablets, and loratadine tablets may be taken as directed by a physician for treatment. These medications should be used under medical supervision; patients must not take them without guidance to avoid adverse reactions.

Generally, symptoms of monkeypox include fatigue, fever, rash, sore throat, and swollen lymph nodes. Medications such as ribavirin capsules, acetaminophen granules, ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, famciclovir tablets, and loratadine tablets may be used for treatment under medical guidance. Specific analysis is as follows:

I. Symptoms

1. Fatigue
During the replication process of the monkeypox virus in the body, large amounts of toxins are released. These toxins enter the bloodstream and circulate throughout the body, affecting metabolism and causing fatigue.

2. Fever
Monkeypox is a relatively rare clinical disease, primarily caused by infection with the monkeypox virus. After infection, the virus typically replicates extensively within the body, releasing endogenous pyrogenic substances during replication, which leads to fever.

3. Rash
After infection, the virus usually spreads via the bloodstream to various parts of the body. This can compromise the skin's defensive functions, resulting in rashes of varying numbers on areas such as the face and limbs.

4. Sore Throat
The monkeypox virus generally enters the body through the respiratory tract, which can easily damage the respiratory mucosa and cause sore throat.

5. Swollen Lymph Nodes
Once the virus enters the body, lymphocytes and histiocytes within the lymph nodes may undergo reactive hyperplasia, leading to swollen lymph nodes in areas such as the neck, armpits, and groin.

II. Medications

1. Ribavirin Capsules
The occurrence of monkeypox is usually associated with monkeypox virus infection, and patients commonly experience symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, and rash. Ribavirin capsules can be used under a doctor’s guidance to inhibit viral replication and control disease progression.

2. Acetaminophen Granules
Acetaminophen granules belong to the class of aniline analgesic and antipyretic drugs. If a patient with monkeypox has fever, acetaminophen granules can be used to reduce body temperature.

3. Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules
Ibuprofen sustained-release capsules are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that provide antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects. This medication can be used when the patient’s body temperature exceeds 38.5°C.

4. Famciclovir Tablets
Famciclovir tablets are primarily used to treat infections caused by herpes viruses, including genital herpes and shingles. Patients with severe monkeypox often have weakened immune systems, which may allow varicella-zoster virus to proliferate excessively and cause shingles; therefore, this medication may be taken for treatment.

5. Loratadine Tablets
Loratadine tablets are antihistamine medications, clinically used mainly for symptoms caused by various allergic reactions. If a patient develops skin allergies due to monkeypox virus infection, loratadine tablets may be used under medical supervision.

The above medications should be used only under the guidance of a physician. Patients must not take these drugs without medical advice to avoid adverse reactions.
