4. Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Tablets
This is a commonly used antipyretic and analgesic medication, primarily indicated for relieving symptoms associated with colds and influenza, such as fever, headache, and body aches.
5. Ambroxol Hydrochloride Oral Solution
This medication reduces sputum viscosity, promotes the production of pulmonary surfactants, and increases bronchial secretion. By doing so, it helps suppress cough reflexes and reduce mucus and phlegm in the airways, thereby improving symptoms of cough and sputum production.
